My Basic Rule is:
4 Servings per pound of pulled/sliced product. You are better off to have leftovers than not have enough. In fact very few of my customers have complained about having leftovers.

All meat is slow smoked using 100% Kingsford Charcoal and Seasoned Hickory and Apple Woods, meat my be ordered with sauce or without. When ordering please allow ample time for meat to be cooked, slow smoked meat takes 12-14 hours to prepare, orders are preferred a week in advance. Prices are Subject to Change.
